Agility and Adaptability

During my first semester, I had several assignments due one after the other for my business process class. As well the assignments for this were very time-consuming, detailed, and complicated because it was the first time using the software that was needed to complete the assignments. The tasks were to learn how to use the SAP software to complete the assignments procure to pay, production, and sales logistics. To help to complete the assignment my teacher gave me detailed instructions on how to properly do the assignments. After the first assignments when I saw how many instructions there was and how long it took me to complete it. I decided to manage my assignment by working on it for an hour five days before the assignment is due. By creating this planning, I was able to finish my assignment on time and had time to do other assignments for my other classes. I was also able to limit the amount of stress I had with keeping with my schedule. Since I saw that this method helped me time manage my assignments I continued to this method for my other classes. Which helps to limit my stress and finish my assignments promptly. As proof of my learning, I have added my reflection I made for this class at the bottom of this post. That shows my thoughts about the classes and my development of my agility and adaptability skills.
