Values

I was a bit surprise when I saw that family was my core perspective but after a bit of reflection I think that it makes sense. My core perspective is family I think it because I am very proud of my family and I would talk about them a lot with my friends and I even consider my closes as my family. I am also very loyal to my friends and family. I believe I am who I am because of my family and the people I met in my life along the way. I like to think that those people have helped me shape the person I am today.

My 9 Values

I think that my 9 values are right on par with my lifestyle and who I see myself as or as person I would like to be in the future. Each of them is very important to me and something I try to find in others as well.

Independence - I try to rely more on myself than to ask for others for help like if I see that there is a task that I can do with out any help I would do it right away. It is not that I don’t trust others it is just that I try not to trouble other people with my problems. I also feel that I get a better learning experience for myself if I learn to do a task on my own.

Learning - I believe that there is always something more that we can learn and improve in our daily lives. I think that everyday we learn something new in our life wither it is something small or something big. There is so much idea’s in the world it is impossible to know everything in this world and I believe we should always keep an open mind towards the outside world and other people’s idea’s.

Respect - When I was little I wrote a story for my family and they thought my sister wrote it and ever since than I always had a strong sense of respect to others and what they have done in their lives. I also think that you should have respect of others so that they would respect you.

Self worth - In my life I have been bullied a lot from friends, class and even family and because of that I thought that there was something wrong with me. But then I met someone who was able to love me for everything that I am, and it made me realized that there was nothing wrong with me it was that everyone else only saw want they wanted to and never got to know me. And I know now that I am worth something and that I am awesome in my own away.

Kindness - Like I said before I was someone who was bullied a lot by her peers and there was a time that was a bully myself, but I realized that I didn’t want to be a person like that and I decide to change my way of thinking and the way treat others.

Creativity - I think being creative is very important in life because it is always important to think about new idea’s and see the way things are changing in the world to keep of the new trends. Being a creative person is very important in today’s world because people are looking for those who can think outside the box and come up with new idea’s.

Playfulness - I believe to have an enjoyable life you need to have some fun and humor during your everyday life. At home I usually try to find ways to make my family laugh by showing them a funny video or making a witty comment.

Human Rights - To me people are people we all bleed them same color, we all have feelings, and we all breath the same air. I have this way of think because when my best friend came out as gay he was so scared of how the people round him would take it but a lot of them saw what I did which was that he was the same guy as always and that really made me happy.

Food and Shelter - When my parents first came to Canada they have a really difficult time in the beginning and they always had to work hard to get where they are known where they have a good home and always have food on the table.
